Like the list addict that I am, I penned down three ways to make everyday a good one and I want to focus on achieving every objective on this list to see if it works out. You’re more than welcome to join in. It actually started with five and I narrowed it down to three as the other two blended in with the others. So here goes…
1. Start the day off on a positive note
Doing something positive makes way for positive emotions so whether it’s doing something for someone or simply sending a happy wish or tweet out to someone, I am going to trigger happy emotions by doing something positive. And it’s free!
2. Wake up 10 minutes in advance
I always struggle with waking up in the morning though my subconscious mind is always awake by 6am. Due to this I run late and running late makes me very broody. So this week I am waking up at 5:50am and I am preparing my clothes for the next day the night before. This will also ensure that I have enough time to make sure that I look good. Looking good is equal to confidence which is equal to feeling good!
3. Do something you love
I attach emotions to many things. Clothes, music food, you name it. So this week I am making sure that I do something that I love everyday. Whether it’s wearing my favourite outfit or shoes; eating my favourite food or listening to my favourite music.
