Throwback: A lesson from Oprah + Are you old enough to remember her music video?

I’m an avid Oprah Winfrey fan and I was shattered when her talk show came to an end, but I’m slowly finding that OWN – the channel she started afterwards – is really just various segments of the show turned into shows of their own. No pun. Anyway, here is a clip of a very important lesson that she shared on The Oprah Winfrey Show years ago. Tiwa Savage shared it on her Instagram and I think it is still so relevant today.

Also, do you remember her music video for a song titled “Run On” that was the theme song on one of the seasons of The Oprah Winfrey Show? I’m not old enough to remember the show having theme songs but I can remember watching old episodes on YouTube and Chaka Khan’s “I’m Every Woman” being one of them. Check out the “Run On” video HERE.
