Hang in there…

“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” – 1 Corinthians 10:13

You are absolutely tired! Fed up! Sick to your stomach of having to cope with what you are going through. This post is for you.

I’ve gone through many things that most 18 year olds could not even imagine happening to them. And often I’ve asked the questions you might be asking now. “Why me?”, “What did I do to deserve this?”, “Why cant things just go my way?”. Often these questions answer themselves in the end and you realise that you wouldn’t be where you are at the moment you reach your goal, had it not been for the hardships. So hang in there and stay in constant prayer.

God works in mysterious ways. Our everyday struggles are mini crash courses that are designed to prepare us for the reward that awaits in the end. Take hardships as your pathway to peace. Ask yourself “What can I learn from the situation that I am in?”

God will not give you a load that is too heavy for you to bear. No mountain will be too high for you to climb. I don’t want to sound preachy but my overall message to you is simple…
