[FREE E-BOOK] How to Leverage Social Media for Public Relations Success via @HubSpot

It’s holiday time! For us students it means packing up all your belongings as you are being kicked out of res. After packing all my stuff, I thought it would also be smart to do some housekeeping on my computer and bring some much needed organisation to the chaos. I found this e-book by Pamela Seiple for HubSpot, which was one of the readings that my lecturer made available for us this year and thought it would be cool to share it with you. It is entitled “How to Leverage Social Media for Public Relations Success.”


Amongst others, the e-book gives insight into how brands can use social media to generate media coverage, monitor the media and communicate during a crisis (this was one of the questions in an exam), customer relations as well as how brands can measure return on investment of Public Relations.

I know it might seem like there is a lot of jargon for those who don’t speak social media and PR, but it is really insightful and gives great information that you can use even for your personal social media activities (since you are also a brand).
