Careful of your energy!

I’ve always been torn between religion and astrology. Over and above, spirituality always wins for me despite the fact that I call myself a Christian (I do believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and was sent to earth to die for my sins). Something I have learnt from jumping between religion and astrology is that energy plays an important role in our relation to our world. Which is what today’s post is about.

Have you ever had someone spoil your day merely by their mood? Or someone brighten up your day merely by their mood? I find it fascinating and that is what I’ve learnt recently. Our mood or the energy that we put out into the world has an impact on those around us. You could be going through a gloomy stage and it would take one person’s energy to affect yours and improve your mood.

Oprah once said that we are all responsible for the energy that we create for ourselves and that we bring to those around us. So next time you have to interact with someone, and even with yourself, keep the energy positive. It will make you a happier person and it will make those around you happy to be around you. It is still a work in progress for me, but I can definitely see the benefits. My relationship with those around me has improved tremendously.

Try a bit of positive energy in your life. Let me know how it goes!
