Behind the scenes of Minnie’s True Love cover shoot

My girl Makho Ndlovu wrote the December cover story for True Love magazine featuring Minnie Dlamini.  While she gained prominence after winning Live’s presenter search all those years ago, I know Minnie from the time when she was a roving presenter for Spirit Sundae while she was still a student in Cape Town. She has now moved away from music programmes to carving a space for herself next to Carol Manana, Lebo and Mpho Maboi as the queens of SA sports television.

Minnie has been in the tabloids of late due to her break up with Bafana Bafana player Itumeleng Khune. In this issue of True Love she talks about her heartbreak and the pressure of having to keep herself together despite the pain. Top Billing followed her to New York where she did her cover shoot debuting her new hair by Ursula Stephens who worked with her on her Motions deal.
